FAQs

What places will we see?
The general highlights include, but are not limited to: Caesarea by the sea, Galilee, the Jordan River Valley, the Dead Sea, En Gedi, Megiddo, Masada, Qumran (where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found), Garden of Gethsemane, Garden Tomb, & Jerusalem. This could change at any point.

Anything you would normally wear except for at holy sites (no knees/shoulders exposed). Hats & sunscreen are recommended. If at the Dome of the Rock, you must be thoroughly covered, no exceptions.
What do days look like and how much walking is involved?
Days are long to fit in as much as possible; generally 7am breakfast, leave between 8-9; may end around 5:30/6pm; there will be a lot of walking, especially in Jerusalem -- getting in shape and being able to walk longer distances is highly recommended.
