The Road Less Traveled

You become like what you behold.

2 Corinthians 3:18

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit. 

The Word/law of the Lord in Psalm 119:

11 Your word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against You.

The Road Less Traveled

Your feet and your fruits will follow your affections.

John 15:4-5, 8

"Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither [can] you unless you abide in Me. 5 "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. ... 8 "My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and [so] prove to be My disciples.

The Road Less Traveled

A relationship with God is one of mutual delight.

John 1:12-13

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, [even] to those who believe in His name, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

16 I shall delight in Your statutes; I shall not forget Your word.

72 The law of Your mouth is better to me Than thousands of gold and silver.

103 How sweet are Your words to my taste! [Yes, sweeter] than honey to my mouth!
