Slide: Isa. 46:5 "To whom would you liken Me And make Me equal and compare Me, That we would be alike? 6 "Those who lavish gold from the purse And weigh silver on the scale Hire a goldsmith, and he makes it [into] a god; They bow down, indeed they worship it. 7 "They lift it upon the shoulder [and] carry it; They set it in its place and it stands [there.] It does not move from its place. Though one may cry to it, it cannot answer; It cannot deliver him from his distress.

Slide: 1 Cor. 10:19 What do I mean then? That a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything? 20 [No,] but [I say] that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers in demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.

Slide: God has called us to be His bold witnesses: acting in love and unity, submitting to the authority of His Word, walking in the power of His Spirit.
